Terms & Conditions

  • No under 18s permitted to any of our events.

  • We operate a zero tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs, and reserve the right to remove anyone suspected to be under the influence - no refund will be given.

  • Our locations are not suitable for those with mobility issues or heavily pregnant women.

  • Suitable footwear must be worn - some locations are old and the floors can be uneven.

  • Please make sure you are available before booking - tickets are non refundable or transferable.

  • Chrystaliz will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings and/or equipment.

  • Chrsytaliz will not be responsible for vehicle parking fines or clamping. Every guest attends our events at their own risk.

  • Every guest must behave in a respectful manner upon leaving our events.

  • Your personal details will not be passed onto any third parties.

  • The use of cameras and video equipment is permitted by the location - please see member of the team.

  • For any reason Chrystaliz cancels an event, a partial refund will be given - we cannot refund hotels/travel expenses.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before an event starts.

  • Please let us know if you are running late. 

  • No persons to enter any venue without invitation by a member of the team.

  • Please let a member of the team you have arrived so you can be signed in by the event organiser. This is for fire safety purposes.

  • There will be a Health and Safety talk before each event.

  • Please let a member o team know upon arrival if you have any health issues - we have first aiders on hand.

  • Smoking will only permitted in designated area - you will be told where during the briefing.

  • Risk assessments are carried out before each event. Please comply with this.

  • Please do not leave the premises before letting a member of the team know.

  • We have a debrief at the end of each event.

  • All tickets are non refundable or transferable.
